Great Product, Great Service
Nov 12, 2013I ordered this mouthpiece for marching band (by request of my director) and it was on back order by Bach. I needed it quickly and it had been a week so I called the toll free number and spoke directly with a ProWinds associate and explained my problem. The told me it was on back order but they would call the Bach headquarters directly to see if they could do anything to speed it up and I had my mouthpiece within a week. Really wonder full customer service! Also a really great mouthpiece!
