Here's how our Mouthpiece Audition Program works:

• Purchase up to 6 mouthpieces at www.prowinds.com or by calling us at 1-877-855-0907
• All mouthpiece purchases must be paid in FULL at time of order.
• 30-Day Trial Period begins after customer has received all mouthpieces ordered. (does not include transit time)
• Customer must keep the mouthpiece(s) in NEW condition at all times during Trial Period. Use mouthpiece cushion or tape to avoid teeth marks. Also, use caution when tightening ligature to avoid leaving any marks.
• Return unwanted mouthpieces in NEW condition and in the original packaging. Failure to so may result in a 25% restocking charge.
• Mouthpieces returned in NEW condition and in the original packaging, will be issued a FULL refund. (Please allow up to 14 days for refunds as mouthpieces must be carefully inspected and sterilized before credit is issued.)
