Orders may be placed by phone, mail, fax, or from our on-line store. Orders of in-stock items are usually shipped within 24-48 hours after receiving order. Due to major supply chain issues in 2022, please allow additional time for shipping. We will do everything in our power to get products out as quickly as possible. Ordering by Mail:
If you prefer paying by check, please complete a detailed list of wanted products and mail it to us along with your payment. There is a minimum $30.00 service charge for all returned checks.

Fax Orders:
For credit card and institutional purchase orders only. Fax your order anytime from anywhere in the world, along with credit card information. Our FAX number is 1-877-780-6036.

On-line Ordering:
Place your order using our on-line store. All personal and credit card information is transmitted to us via Secure Server.

Payment:

We accept all major bank cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Personal Checks and Money Orders are welcome for mail orders. If requested, we will ship order via C.O.D., however, there is an additional $10.00 charge for this service. Only cash, a cashier's check or money order will be accepted for C.O.D. shipments.

Pro Winds offers a Special Long-Term Financing Program.  To apply, call us at 1-877-855-0907.

We will honor Purchase Orders from Schools, Universities and Governmental Agencies. Payment terms are Net 30 days from invoice date, F.O.B. Pro Winds (Indiana U.S.A.)

Shipping:

Domestic Orders:
Most orders are shipped via United Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx. Need your order in a hurry? You can also request guaranteed 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air service at an additional charge. Please inquire about additional charge when ordering.

International Orders:
International orders are shipped by Air, though the specific type of service varies by country and depends on the amount of available insurance coverage. Overseas deliveries are made via Global Priority Mail, Federal Express, or UPS.  Any courier will charge not only for the weight of the goods, but also the dimensional size. Please note all shipping & handling charges do NOT include any customs duties or VAT/GST taxes. These are assessed by customs and charged separately. Transit times vary by country. (barring any customs delays)
